Disappointed

Love watching these movies but app never remembers me so Im stuck watching on iPhone because once I log out thats it , no more movies. Also continual buffering and crashing trying to watch on TV. Contacted customer support , they responded once and what they suggested did not work. Went back to them 3 times and no response at all. Totally disappointed ! No acknowledgement.
